We begin by identifying and establishing your goals. Depending on
the program and your preference, the pre-assessment may be in the
form of a written survey, a face-to-face meeting or a brief verbal
exploration. Each program also includes a post-assessment, designed
to meet your needs and expectations.
KLC's trained facilitators create a custom series of experiential
exercises or initiatives that help individuals learn new knowledge,
skills, and information. These activities are sequenced for more
efficient and effective learning opportunities. Our expertise goes
beyond the creation of appropriate situations and environments to
valuable processing of experiences. Through observation and questioning
we help people realize how much they already know and how to use
these abilities in a directed fashion for their own betterment.
The inclusion of a trained facilitator in the learning process
helps individuals identify barriers to change through questioning
and reframing the experience. KLC facilitators can help with both
interpersonal relationships, those among people in a group (sample
benefits include improved teamwork, trust, communication, collaboration,
conflict resolution, shared leadership, etc.); and intrapersonal
relationships of people with themselves (sample benefits include
improved self-concept, confidence, strategic or visionary leadership,
willingness to take calculated risks, etc.). The overarching goal
of helping learners enhance their own learning abilities results
in outcomes where change can occur in a variety of areas, including:
attitude, self-image, behavior, affect, social network, and increased
