Every KLC program is customized by sequencing activities and choosing exercises designed to work toward your stated goals. Experiential learning creates a flexible and fluid learning environment, evolving with each group. Some clients asked us for ideas to help them decide what to work on first. FORMAT:
What you want to achieve, the number of people and time available drive the format of your program. Pre-assessment tools, such as a survey or interview, are encouraged and a post-assessment report can be provided. To keep someone (Darryl from accounting, most likely) from hiding in the background during debriefing, the optimum group size for facilitation ranges from 8 to 12 people. We work with larger groups by dividing them and rotating through the exercises or by adding more facilitator teams.
